David Perrodin, Ph.D. worked twelve years as a Director of Student Services before exiting the profession to focus exclusively on researching school safety and high-stakes decision-making in conjunction with his doctoral dissertation at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Dr. Perrodin is a school safety litigation expert witness with The Expert Institute www.theexpertinstitute.com and works with Sprigeo as a user-interface design researcher identifying best approaches to creating a bullying reporting system that can be accessed by students with special needs.
Crista is a Parent Advocate from Fort Wayne Indiana. She began speaking publicly about the growing problem of Human Trafficking in Indiana when the issue affected her family in April of 2016. Through school and parent programs, she gives insight on how to create an open dialogue about the internet and phone apps, as well as how to help pre-teens and teens protect themselves from predators. Her message is that of GRACE while promoting an understanding of the world teens live in today.

To provide a deeper understanding of victimology and predatory crime, Alicia has earned a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Dottie Laster is known as Human Trafficking’s Unlikely Angel. Dottie is the Executive Director of the Heidi Search Center in San Antonio, Texas. She trains law enforcement and other organizations on the issue of human trafficking.
Dottie has been featured as an expert n Vanity Fair Confidential, Discovery Investigates, CNN, CBS, and many more national and international news media channels. She is now a film maker with her company Live and On Scene. Dottie is availiable for public speaking, training, and film appearances.
Mallory Rose Grossman, 12, of Rockaway, NJ, was an avid gymnast, cheerleader, and lover of all things outdoors. Her character at the young age of 12 making her more inspirational than the average adult. She was a compassionate, selfless, kind, and loving old soul. She enjoyed competitive gymnastics and cheerleading, teaching her determination and humility at a very young age. She loved summer weekends at her favorite campgrounds with her family where she would admire the simple pleasures of nature.
Nancy’s vision is that young people will provide leadership throughout the world to embrace civility and foster positive relations!
